Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your mobile app we will fully refund your money within the first 30 days.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Mobilesalt is a pay as you go service. We hope you don't but you are free to cancel anytime. We do not issue refunds for partial months but you will not be changed again once you cancel.
Who should use Mobilesalt?
Anyone that already has a website can signup and have a mobile app within 24 hours. Bloggers, Churches, Ministries, if you have a website you should consider having a mobile app.
What is social sharing?
Most of your users have a Facebook or Twitter account. Allow them to share your content with their friends instantly right from their mobile phone.
Do I need to hire a web designer or developer?
No. We will take the content you already have on your existing web site and make it mobile for you. All you need to do is tell your users you have a mobile app now.
How long does the whole process take?
24 hours. Not weeks or months, your web app can be live tomorrow. There is some information that we need, but that is collected on signup. Once all that is filled out, give us 24 hours and you will be mobile.
I don't have a podcast. Can you help me with that?
We are focusing on a mobile delivery system for content so we are not building a system for hosting podcasts. We do recommend podbean.com for your podcasting needs. They will get you setup in no time.
What does custom branding mean?
Your graphics and information will make your app completely yours. Mobilesalt is a dedicated mobile web app for your church. When people go to your app they will know it's yours.
Do I have to buy the add-ons now?
Nope. You can add features to your mobile app at any time. If you have a question about how add-ons work please contact us.
Do I need to have an RSS feed?
Yes. For our system to "grab" your information you need to have a valid RSS feed for events, blogs, and podcasts. For blogs we also process Atom feeds as well. If you are not sure if you have an RSS or Atom feed contact us and we can help.
